There’s always something to do. At Whitaker Glen, the full time Recreation Director provides plenty of enjoyable and varied activities for you. A large recreation room, a library, a greenhouse, an arts and craft room, an exercise room, and a woodworking shop are provided for your pleasure. And at Whitaker Glen, you have the security of a 100% Refundable Residential Admission Fee. There are no hidden fees. There is a nominal processing fee and an initiation fee that are non-refundable. Also, you purchase a debenture. The debenture is a form of investment that is secured and is 100% refundable to you (or you estate) when you leave Whitaker Glen. So, you never have the risk of losing your investment. You’ll save with an “unbundled” range of services. There is a monthly service fee which Whitaker Glen Residents must pay. In addition, there are optional services available that you may choose to use. If desired, meals are available from our full service dining room. There’s no “package plan” at Whitaker Glen.
